Job Summary
A diversified healthcare company with a presence in almost every branch of healthcare-related services has a current position open for a Telecommute Individual Exchange Strategy Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, translating and executing provider network strategies or functional/operational objectives
- Directing cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams to develop enterprise-wide provider networks
- Supporting new and innovative network development and payment models improve quality and affordability
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel; 25 % of the time
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of experience working with a managed care organization or health insurer; or as a consultant in a network/contract management role
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- 5+ years of experience managing staff and 3+ years of project management or project lead experience
- 5+ years of experience with claims systems
