A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute Industry Housing Regional Sales Executive in San Antonio.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining client retention and increasing revenue of existing clients
- Conducting start up orientations to review service objectives and opportunities
- Securing and closing prospective clients working with an exclusive base of prospects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Valid driver's license
- Proven track record of consecutively exceeding sales objectives
- Minimum 3-5 years in a business to business outside consultative sales environment
- Ability to relate to and influence all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to excel in split compensation structures
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications
