Job Summary
A human resources management software and service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Information Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing knowledge object content in Knowledge Management System
- Reviewing alignment of information
- Creating and maintaining an organizational knowledge for Human Resources Share Services content
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 20% Monthly travel required
- Minimum 3 Years experience in a Technical Support Specialist, Regional Project Leader or Call Mentor role
- 2 years of developing reference and procedures fro web publication experience
- BA or BS in Education, Business, Human Resources, or other related field or equivalent
- PC Skills including knowledge of MS Office, web authoring tools, graphics s/w
- Formal Training in Information Mapping or other structured writing methodology
