Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Telecommute Information Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing an information architecture(s) that will provide customers with a straightforward journey
• Directly shaping the design and management of Finance Shared Services content solutions
• Providing guidelines and standards that will allow distributed finance service providers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, related field, or combination of education and experience
• Four years of experience creating web experiences that support end-user and business needs
• Demonstrated experience with the user-centered design process, user research design and customer journey mapping
• Experience in developing categorization schemas to group information and self help
• Ability to independently plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies and determine how to apply the information
• Demonstrated clear communication of complex ideas to a variety of audiences, using words, pictures, and interactions
