Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Information Mapping Technical Writer.

Must be able to:

  • Reformat a 500-page user guide using Word
  • Convert six PowerPoint slide decks to another PowerPoint template
  • Interview, analyze, design, create, and deliver information on tight deadlines

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Information Mapping (IMI) certification required
  • 5 years of technical writing experience working on multiple complex projects
  • 3 years of experience successfully editing own work or performing peer review
  • 2 years of experience as part of a technical writing team
  • Experience using Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe RoboHelp
  • Experience using Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & SharePoint
