Job Summary

A diversified financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Information Security Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the CISO in developing, prioritizing, and overseeing the goals, objectives and governance documents
  • Identify requirements, resources, protection technology, industry best practices and administrative procedures
  • Serve as an advocate and primary liaison for the company’s security program

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years’ work-related experience in the information security field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Experience of Information Security practices and implementation in Banking or financially related industry
  • Experience managing projects or programs to achieve Information Security objectives
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
