Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is seeking a Telecommute Information Security Program Analyst Subject Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide technical and operational guidance
- Build and implement effective mock phishing education programs
- Analyze mock phishing trends and recommend program actions
Qualifications Include:
- Basic understanding of Excel, HTML, Messaging, SMTP and email hygiene products
- Two or more years supporting customers in a consultant, customer support role
- Proven ability to support multiple customers and internal peers with various needs
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
