Telecommute Information Security Risk and Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Telecommute Information Security Risk and Compliance Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing implementation support for risk assessment and data security procedures and products
• Reviewing circumstances surrounding security gaps and issues and oversees corrective actions
• Reviewing, developing, testing, and monitoring security controls, plans, and procedures

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+years of experience with the processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to Information Security standards
• Senior level would require 7+ years of experience
• Subject matter expert on Information Security standards, procedures, and frameworks (NIST, FFIEC, PCI DSS, etc)
