Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Information Technical and Functional Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interact with the client meetings understand business requirements and perform needs analysis
  • Provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional and technical training and support expertise
  • Address customer questions as well as provide consulting, training and support

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or
  • Equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • 5+ years' experience of Microsoft Dynamics F&O and/or AX, functional/technical architecture
  • One or more certifications within Dynamics F&O, AX, CRM or ERP (D365, 2013/2011/4.0/Online)
  • Ability to interact with the client meetings understand business requirements and perform needs analysis
