- Checking each insurance payment for accuracy, including contract-discount compliance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two years of experience in full-cycle medical billing or schooling
- Three years of customer service experience
- Top-notch memory and confidentiality in all situations
- Ability to be fluent in billing language and comfortable with AR software
- Ability to be passionate about quality customer service
- Ability to resolve payment issues and effectively follow up with insurance companies
