An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Information Technology Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Working the aging accounts and collecting pending receivable payments from insurance companies
• Checking each insurance payment for accuracy, including contract-discount compliance

Qualifications for this position include:

• Two years of experience in full-cycle medical billing or schooling
• Three years of customer service experience
• Top-notch memory and confidentiality in all situations
• Ability to be fluent in billing language and comfortable with AR software
• Ability to be passionate about quality customer service
• Ability to resolve payment issues and effectively follow up with insurance companies
