Job Summary

A provider of specialty chemicals for the transportation, industrial and consumer markets needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Information Technology Application Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing support and escalation processes for applications
  • Performing technical support for escalated incidents
  • Working closely with vendors and third-party support contacts to coordinate support activities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in Information Technology, preferably 1-2 years of systems administration
  • Strong background in Windows 8/10 and application troubleshooting
  • Responsiveness and a customer service-oriented mentality
  • Proven ability to communicate and work effectively across a variety of backgrounds
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across teams, and create consensus
