Job Summary
A provider of specialty chemicals for the transportation, industrial and consumer markets needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Information Technology Application Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing support and escalation processes for applications
- Performing technical support for escalated incidents
- Working closely with vendors and third-party support contacts to coordinate support activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years' experience in Information Technology, preferably 1-2 years of systems administration
- Strong background in Windows 8/10 and application troubleshooting
- Responsiveness and a customer service-oriented mentality
- Proven ability to communicate and work effectively across a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to build effective partnerships across teams, and create consensus
