Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Information Technology Business Applications Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and documenting current business applications
- Communicating complex technical issues and solutions to business and IT groups
- Acting as a mentor for colleagues and help drive knowledge-sharing
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years as a Program Manager/Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect/Business Analyst managing SaaS applications
- Knowledge in Finance along with broad understanding and experience with various Enterprise SaaS products used by other departments
- Experience with process documentation and process automation
- Experience with documenting and improving Lead to Cash processes at a SaaS company
