Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Information Technology Configuration Management Database Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports within ServiceNow
• Maintain accountability of established Configuration Management SLAs
• Utilize external tools (e.g., BigFix, vSphere) to store, track, and manage configuration items for reconciliation

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or
• Equivalent related experience
• 0 – 15 Years direct experience in CM, managing the CM practice and CMDB within ServiceNow
• Experience as a remote worker demonstrating time management and self-discipline
• Ability to perform other related duties as assigned
• Ability to maintain overall responsibility for the success of the DIGIT CM Practice
