Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Information Technology Contracts Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring the entire life of our contracts from creation to renewals
- Contributing to the review and development of legal policies and procedures
- Working closely with the Director of Legal to to execute on legal operations initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-6 years of experience in an in-house legal department
- Minimum of 2 years in contract management
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management software
- Excellent business judgment and business acumen with the ability to assess SaaS contract risks
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
