Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Learning and knowing the company’s products inside and out; providing technical support to customers
- Providing training to partners and end-users on the company's products
- Creating and following policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 2 years of customer success experience, providing both verbal and written support
- Previous experience supporting SaaS/Cloud based applications
- Previous experience with Access Control Systems such as AXIS, Feenics or similar systems
- Experience supporting products that require network configuration and connectivity
- Good understanding of desktop browsers, mobile devices and other iot devices/ products
