Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Information Technology Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current infrastructure and recommend solutions
  • Routinely monitor Contact Center systems to identify potential issues
  • Coordinate/manage projects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Technology Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Windows or Linux Systems Administrator
  • Ability to provide level 3 technical support with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills including Windows based applications
  • Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86
