Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Information Technology Human Resource Information System Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with design and implementation of HR systems, document process and results
- Maintaining relationship with UKG service team
- Monitoring system performance and resolutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or
- Equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or HR systems
- Strong customer service experience with ability to address customer complaints
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload
