Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Information Technology Payroll Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with general payroll questions directly with employees
- Preparing and adjusting accounting related entries
- Reviewing new hire records including direct deposit information in payroll system for accuracy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 or more years experience as an accountant or the equivalent
- UKG payroll experience
- Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Ability to be organized, thorough and have strong attention to detail
