Job Summary

An information technology service management company is in need of a Telecommute Information Technology Principal Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Understanding client strategic goals and aligning project direction to achieving those goals
  • Overseeing and providing program management for complex full platform engagements
  • Being responsible for project financials

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Lead all project meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in various human resources or financials disciplines
  • 3+ years’ experience project managing HCM, Payroll or Financial application implementations
  • Previous experience implementing or supporting HCM/Financial applications
  • Working knowledge in the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Financial Management
  • Consulting experience with a professional services organization in the Workday ecosystem
  • Workday certification
