Job Summary
An information technology services company is seeking a Telecommute Information Technology Professional Services Director.
Must be able to:
- Create and communicate clear vision, strategy, and purpose for new Paid Services offerings
- Support the Senior Director of Global Support and the Chief Revenue Officer
- Work closely with the other leadership to solve organizational problems and cross-functional challenges
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience leading global support and professional services teams
- Experience launching and scaling paid services teams preferably with a technical SaaS product
- Experience building and leading global remote functions, implementing Customer Support models
- Expertise in partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve processes
- Strong change management skills with the ability to drive, embrace and create buy-in
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
