Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Information Technology Security Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Representing security interests as a member of the Architecture Council
- Overseeing security architecture and ongoing assessment of security technologies and industry and market trends
- Overseeing ongoing assessment of application security tooling
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related Cyber-Security certifications or
- Equivalent work experience
- 7 + years of experience in Infrastructure or security architecture/engineering/operations
- Experience in public cloud architecture and operations running in multiple distributed environments
- Experience with application security design principles
- Knowledge of distributed systems and architecture, along with Infrastructure Security
