Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating a strategic plan related to overall customer satisfaction
  • Managing multi-level client stakeholder relationships with your portfolio of customers
  • Acting as a main customer point of contact throughout the customer’s entire lifecycle

Qualifications Include:
