Job Summary

An information technology and services company is in need of a Telecommute Information Technology Service Desk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Analyzing the impact and urgency of customer’s issues and prioritize appropriately
Recommending procedure modifications or improvements
Following documented processes to resolve customer issues

Required Skills:

High school diploma or Associates Degree in related field
6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Desktop and Laptop hardware support experience
Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols
