Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Information Technology Service Management Analyst Generalist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing above processes/capabilities per defined guidelines and frameworks
- Coordinating process training, awareness, and rollout as appropriate
- Coordinating, executing, and implementing standards, procedures, and service levels for Operations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years general progressive IT experience
- Experience interfacing with business partners
- Knowledge and experience in ongoing management of deployed ITSM processes/frameworks
- Firm understanding of computer security technologies and policy, and internal/external audit controls
