An information technology software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Information Technology Software Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing team meetings, preparing agendas in collaboration with team leader
- Assisting Senior Management Team in the preparation of monthly metrics
- Coordinating internal reports
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting a team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to keep track of Marketing team’s contracts and NDAs
- Ability to support Executive Assistants in the coordination of events
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Ability to work through and troubleshoot issues that arise with a solution-oriented mentality
