Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Information Technology Storage Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering Tier 2 remote hardware and software support services
  • Ensuring that client’s service level and technical requirements are met
  • Applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Interacts with clients in person or by telephone
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems
  • Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application
  • Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery
  • University degree or equivalent education and experience
