Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Information Technology Storage Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering Tier 2 remote hardware and software support services
- Ensuring that client’s service level and technical requirements are met
- Applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Interacts with clients in person or by telephone
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems
- Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application
- Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery
- University degree or equivalent education and experience
