Job Summary

  • Providing front line support for technical issues across our environment
  • Resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Handling system access and maintain user accounts, passwords, data integrity & security

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Excellent communication skills with a consistent desire to help and empower colleagues
  • Strong familiarity with Mac OSX and Windows 10A/V support experience
  • Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP and Wireless technologies
  • Experience with SaaS - Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, AWS, etc
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
