Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Information Technology Support Specialist 3.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the consultative point of contact for all Enterprise Members and strategic accounts
- Serve as primary resource for questions, training, and escalations on designated product area
- Provide technical direction and guidance to Support Specialist 1 and 2
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in a fast paced call center or customer service environment
- Experience working with Enterprise Members or Strategic Accounts
- Strong knowledge of, or experience with, medical concepts and software
- Technical aptitude and proven ability to use web browser, web applications, and other forms of technology
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
