Job Summary
A privately-held technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Infrastructure Security Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building Enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and policies
- Establishing and enforcing application security best practices
- Conducting internal penetration tests
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years experience working on security infrastructure projects
- Expert knowledge of iptables and AWS security
- Solid skills in at least one scripting language, e.g, Python, Ruby, JavaScript
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to complete knowledge sharing and encourage good internal security practices
