Job Summary
A metering solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Infrastructure Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure
- Helping grow the infrastructure as we scale and adapt it
- Ensuring that systems are designed and implemented to fulfill their part of the product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Deployed systems using some key technologies such as AWS or Terraform
- Familiar with one or more languages (ideally Python and bash)
- Have used programming to automate or improve workflows in the past
- Familiar with Linux and POSIX standard utilities
- Demonstrated experience in how to deal with network failures
- Understand the core protocols of networking
