A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Inpatient Appeals and Grievances Physician Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ongoing clinical review and adjudication of appeals and grievances case
- Performing individual case reviews for appeals and grievances for various health plan and insurance products
- Communicating with medical directors regarding appeals decision rationales and benefit interpretations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Current Physician Assistant license in your state of residence
- Current Board Certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- 3+ years clinical PA practice experience
- Intermediate computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
