Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Inpatient Care Management Registered Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform initial and concurrent review of inpatient cases applying evidenced-based criteria
- Obtain clinical information to assess and expedite alternate levels of care
- Discuss cases with facility healthcare professionals to obtain plans-of-care
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience practicing clinically
- Experience in acute, long term care, acute rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facilities
