Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Telecommute Inpatient Coding Integrity Specialist in Schaumburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assigning, sequencing, validating, and/or editing codes/DRGs and abstracted data
- Maintaining or exceeding established accuracy standards
- Utilizing the complete patient medical record documentation in code/DRG assignment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Coding Technical Skills - ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRGs, APR DRGs, and POA Assignment
- Comfortable working remotely
