Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Inpatient Outpatient Emergency Department Coder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal reimbursement of all cases in compliance with CMS policies
• Assign ICD-10-CM, and/or CPT/HCPCS codes
• Utilize technical coding principals and DRG reimbursement expertise to assign appropriate diagnoses

Required Skills:

• Must hold at least one of the following certifications RHIA, RHIT, CCS
• Minimum of 2 years Inpatient coding experience preferred
• Good communication skills
