Job Summary
A provider of medical coding services is seeking a Telecommute Inpatient Quality Assurance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct IP quality reviews, including analysis and reporting
- Ensure that QA percentages are within acceptable ranges
- Ensure Coder compliance with Industry and Client guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years coding experience
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet job demands
- Ability to analyze data and present findings in an organized manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all patient and/or employee information
