Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Inpatient Registered Nurse Case Manager in the Glendale Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating appropriate health care services in conjunction with the physician treatment plan
- Utilizing clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate options and services
- Ensuring that case management program objectives are met by evaluating the effectiveness of alternative care services
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- RN with current unrestricted state licensure
- Three to five years clinical practice experience
- Utilization management experience
- Ability to assess complex issues, recommend changes and resolve problems
