Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Inside Loan Officer.
Must be able to:
- Originate mortgages through self-generated sources and branch-provided leads
- Provide superior customer service
- Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer the appropriate products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have at least 36 months of recent Full-Time mortgage sales experience within any consumer direct or retail division
- Need to have closed at least 45 loans in the past 12 months
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Mortgage products and regulations knowledge
- Close attention to detail and self-motivated
