Job Summary

An IT services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Inside Sales Senior Manager in Orlando.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, guiding, mentoring and motivating the Prolifics Lead Generation team
  • Instilling and maintaining a quality and integrity based sales process
  • Preparing and executing thorough business plans

Qualifications Include:

  • Periodic (approx. 2x per year) travel to the US to attend trade shows
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years of experience leading high performing inside or field sales teams
  • 8 years experience in inside sales, account management, lead generation for IT services industry
  • Proven and demonstrable success as an individual contributor in a quota carrying sales role
  • Excellent communicator - ability to present ideas in clear and concise verbal or written formats
