Job Summary
A provider of claims management solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Inside Vehicle Appraiser.
Must be able to:
- Examine damaged vehicles through photographs to determine interior/exterior repair costs
- Utilize standard automotive labor and parts databases or manuals to determine replacement costs
- Interpret client’s special instructions to accurately handle claims
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school or vocational school graduate or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensing as required by jurisdiction
- In-depth working knowledge of various types of vehicle construction and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical reference material
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Mathematical ability
