Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Inspections Specialist and Audit Manager in San Mateo.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Inspecting portions of audit work papers
• Assessing the firms’ quality control structures
• Gathering information to support identified inspection issues

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to travel 25-35% of time (including some non-U.S. travel)
• Must be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship
• Current CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
• 6 - 15 years of progressively responsible experience having attained the Senior Manager or Manager level in the audit of companies traded on the U.S. markets
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Client standards, generally accepted accounting principles and/or international financial reporting standards
