Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Instate Nursing Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide new hire orientation and training of Nurse Evaluators in their assigned state(s)
- Assist Program Manager in the recruitment and hiring process of licensed registered nurses
- Participate in test development workshops and professional development as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to various testing locations usually within 250 miles round trip
- Two years' experience as a registered nurse with at least one year' experience working in a long term care facility
- Maintain a current active license without restriction or probation as a registered nurse in the state(s) where evaluating occurs
- Knowledge of federal and state requirements governing Certified Nurse Assistant training and testing
- Knowledge of the state requirements related to documentation and report preparation
- Proficiency in a variety of computer software, including Skedulo, Outlook and other Microsoft office programs
