Job Summary
A nonprofit is seeking a Telecommute Institute Staffing Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the compensation process and long term compensation strategy
- Developing and managing all staffing reporting and analytics and an ATS
- Owning all aspects of the summer staff applicant experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel roughly once per quarter, with additional institute travel during the summer
- Ability to operate in a changing landscape with a strong solutions-orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience using data to set strategy
- Skilled at gathering input of diverse parties to inform direction
- Proven success in project management
