A health information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Instructional Design and Training Curriculum Developer in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing, designing, developing, and testing/revising the training solutions and products
- Participating in discovery and analysis session with client to understand the training goals
- Creating course/curriculum outlines and design documents
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design/Curriculum Development
- 3+ years of experience in roles that involved working directly with clients
- Demonstrated experience using ADDIE or SAM model
