A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Instructional Design Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying the root cause of performance gaps and the role of training in addressing them
- Evaluating learner readiness to tailor planning of training solutions
- Translating business needs into training/development needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 50% travel
- Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing design team
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Previous executive level presentation experience
- Experience with process flow and adherence to critical deadlines
