Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Instructional Design Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying the root cause of performance gaps and the role of training in addressing them
  • Evaluating learner readiness to tailor planning of training solutions
  • Translating business needs into training/development needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 50% travel
  • Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience managing design team
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Previous executive level presentation experience
  • Experience with process flow and adherence to critical deadlines
