Job Summary
An IT and service company is seeking a Telecommute Instructional Design Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure course operability
- Working with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs
- Leading a team of Instructional Designers and Graphic Designers
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel to client locations for meetings, pilots, etc., or for internal training and development opportunities
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing online training materials or courses using course development software
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing instructional design teams or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Instructional Systems, etc or related field required
- Ability to storyboard
