Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Defining learning objectives
• Participating in the planning, development, and evaluation of learning programs
• Applying a systems approach to curriculum design, re-design and development

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience with incorporating multiple media elements in to learning programs
• Knowledge of principles of adult learning and needs assessment techniques
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
