Job Summary
An online university has an open position for a Telecommute Instructional Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain the learning content, tools, systems, and programs
- Work directly with subject matter experts to develop key learning objects and outcomes
- Determine appropriate content and delivery format, and determine effective assessments and measurements
Position Requirements Include:
- Master’s degree required in instructional design, curriculum development, or equivalent of degree and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of instructional design. Higher education experience is a plus
- Computer competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
- Detail oriented with the capacity to multitask, function effectively as a member of a team
- Able to communicate (verbally and in writing) clearly and effectively
- All other requirements necessary for this position
