Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting training needs assessments
- Creating curricula
- Recommending training delivery models and programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 0 - 10% travel
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in Instructional Design, Communications, English with writing emphasis
- Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 5+ years’ experience of course development and/or instruction
- 3+ years’ experience in creating standardized testing
- Experience working with the SCORM standard
