Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Instructional Designer 5.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing training curricula, materials, and programs
- Developing business line and/or corporate-wide training/learning solutions and initiatives
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing training programs/learning solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel Yes, 5% of the Time
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to nine years of instructional design experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms
- Experience working with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or other eLearning programs
