Job Summary
A non-profit organization dedicated to offering free, online educational content is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Instructional Designer.
Must be able to:
- Work closely with the Community Development team to understand learning objectives and priorities of each program
- Develop movement focused, adult-centered learning curriculums and materials that will build the necessary skills and knowledge necessary for movement growth
- Develop the core curriculum materials include learning courses, modules and resources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years in lab, incubator/accelerator program design, facilitation and evaluation
- Professional experience developing instructional/curriculum design focusing on online adult learning
- Demonstrated instructional design experience with a focus on online and in-person curriculum and resource design
- Experience with open learning management systems such as Moodle
- Experience working internationally within multilingual and multicultural contexts
